Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Coimbatore
Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day
Education: ITI / Diploma / UG
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in a Quality Control role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring the production process adheres to company and industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of quality tools and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspection of components and finished products

• Utilize 7 QC Tools to monitor, control, and improve product quality

• Operate and analyze data from CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

• Maintain quality documentation and inspection reports

• Supervise quality checks on the production line and support line operators

• Identify and report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing quality control role

• Strong knowledge of 7 QC tools and CMM usage

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments

• Good communication skills and team coordination

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
