Material Evaluation: Inspect incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet exact purchase order specifications.
In-Process Monitoring: Review the manufacturing process, test assemblies, and confirm operations stay within acceptable tolerances.
Final Inspection:
Approve finished goods before packaging and shipping; identify and flag any flawed products for rework or disposal.
Measurement & Testing: Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and electronic testing equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of inspections, test results, and defect rates to prepare quality reports for supervisors.
