Job Description

The Quality Checker is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards before being shipped or delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect products through 2D & 3D drawings for defects, damages, or inconsistencies.

2. Maintain a checklist of quality standards and ensure compliance for each product.

3. Document inspection results and maintain quality control records.

4. Report and escalate quality issues to the relevant departments for resolution.

Qualifications:

Attention to details and a strong understanding of quality standards.
Familiarity with inspection tools (Vernier Caliper, Digital Vernier Caliper, Radius Gauge Micrometer, Thread Plug Gauge, Thread Ring Gauge, etc.) and techniques.
Knowledge of 2d & 3D drawing for product inspection.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Prior experience in quality control or assurance is an advantage
