Thorough knowledge on checking aids and instruments like Vernier, Micro meter, Height Gauge, Air gauges, Hardness checking, Plunger Dial, VMM, CMM etc

Thorough knowledge on Problem solving techniques such as 7QC Tools, Fish bone diagram, 8D Reports etc

Basic knowledge on ISIR / APQP Processes

Basic Knowledge on various commodity matreials such as Steel, Non Metallic, Springs, Wires, Castings / Forgings
