Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team at Rajshree Precision Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing quality standards.

• Developing and implementing quality control systems.

• Monitoring and analysing quality performance.

• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.

• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.

• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.

• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.

• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.

• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
