We are hiring a Quality Inspector to oversee line and in-process inspections. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and experience in ensuring manufacturing precision.

Position Specifications

Role: Quality Inspector (In-process)

Key Responsibilities

Line Inspection: Conduct continuous in-process inspections on the production floor.

Instrument Handling: Expert use of measuring tools like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.

Quality Control: Ensure all parts meet engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Documentation: Maintain daily shift reports, rejection records, and quality checklists.

Approval: Conduct "First Piece" inspection and approval before mass production begins.

Required Skills

Must be able to read and understand technical Engineering Drawings.

Knowledge of basic quality standards and measurement techniques.

Ability to work in a 12-hour shift environment.
