Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated In-line Garment Quality Checker to ensure that garments meet company and buyer quality standards during the various stages of production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking stitched garments on the production line and identifying defects early to avoid rework, delays, or rejections.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-line quality checking during stitching and finishing processes.

Inspect garments for measurement issues, stitching defects, fabric flaws, trims, and overall workmanship.

Identify and highlight defects such as open seams, wrong stitching, loose threads, stains, incorrect labels, etc.

Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and approved samples.

Communicate quality issues to line supervisors and tailors for immediate correction.

Maintain daily quality check reports and defect logs.

Work closely with the line QC, supervisors, and QA manager to maintain quality consistency.

Ensure adherence to AQL and factory standards during production.

Conduct random checks on finished pieces before they move to final QC or packing.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a quality checker in a garment manufacturing unit.

Knowledge of woven and knit garments, preferably bottom wear, jackets, winter wear, and sportswear.

Understanding of production processes, stitching techniques, and common garment defects.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Qualification:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass; diploma or training in garment quality checking is an advantage.
