Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector is responsible for checking, testing, and ensuring that all raw materials and finished products meet company standards. The person will play a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting the production team to achieve consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.

• Use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.) to verify dimensions.

• Record inspection findings and prepare quality inspection reports.

• Identify, report, and segregate defective or non-conforming products.

• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of inspection data and quality records.

• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection (preferably in manufacturing/extrusion).

• Strong understanding of quality control tools and techniques.

• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
