•Position Overview•
CBSC Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team at our Sriperumbudur (Vallam) facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment and a strong understanding of inspection processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
Implement and uphold Quality SOPs and 5S practices throughout the inspection process.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, gauges, and vernier calipers.
Accurately document inspection findings and report deviations or non-conformities.
Support internal quality audits and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure quality objectives are consistently achieved.

•Qualification:• ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical or a related technical discipline.
•Experience:• 6 months to 2 years in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing setup.
Proficient in the use of standard inspection tools and measurement equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow SOPs.
Strong attention to detail, good documentation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
