Position: Quality Inspector – Seating Control Role

We are looking for a Quality Inspector & Quality Engineer to join our team at Maswer Automotive India Private Limited. The role involves monitoring seating assembly processes, inspecting products, and maintaining Quality standards on the production floor.

This position offers an In-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 and an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Engineer (Seating Commodity)

• Responsible for overall Quality Assurance and Control of seating components and assemblies.

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection for seating parts to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Collaborate with design, production, and supplier teams to ensure seating systems meet quality, safety, and functional requirements.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for seating-related quality issues.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and inspection reports for seating parts.

• Conduct supplier quality audits and ensure continuous improvement of vendor processes for seating commodities.

• Monitor process capability (Cp, Cpk) and ensure consistent product performance.

• Support new model development, fitment trials, and validation of seating assemblies.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards and internal quality systems.

• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams to resolve seating quality issues at customer end or during production.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
