Quality Inspector

Kundlik Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Diploma Mechanical freshers to join our Quality Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting manufactured components, ensuring product quality, and maintaining quality records under the guidance of senior quality engineers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect machined and cast components as per drawings and quality standards.

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.

• Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other inspection tools.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and basic GD&T concepts.

• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.

• Identify and report defects or non-conforming products.

• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the inspection area.

• EligibilityDiploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.

• Good observation and analytical skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

• Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of CNC, VMC, and machining processes.

• Understanding of quality inspection techniques.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
