Job Description

Perform in-process quality inspections during production.
Check raw materials, components, and finished products as per quality standards.
Identify and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.
Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Segregate and label rejected or non-conforming materials.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Support internal and external quality audits when required.
