Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality compliance
Conduct visual and measurement tests using tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products
Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and procedures
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
Recommend improvements in production processes to enhance quality
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Participate in audits and quality reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field preferred)
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role
Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
