Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the production floor

• Assemble, inspect, and pack products in accordance with company standards

• Conduct regular product quality checks and report deviations

• Maintain accurate production and quality records

• Manage tool room inventory and ensure proper tool storage

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and tools to minimize downtime

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (any discipline)

• 0–6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect quality issues

• Good physical stamina and ability to work on the shop floor

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions

• Basic understanding of production tools, molds, and preventive maintenance

• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
