Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team Bhavani Industries. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in Gross salary of 25000 to 30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Experience in reading engineering drawings and inspecting precision components.

·      Experience in using inspection equipments like VMM, Contour tester, roundness tester, surface roughness tester, CMM, etc.

·      Experience in Incoming, In process and Predelivery, inspection and procedures.

·      Knowledge in GD &T symbols, tolerances, geometrical accuracies, surface roughness etc.

·      Knowledge in basic raw materials, Heat treatment and surface treatment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Deploma or BE (ME) and 2 to 5 Year in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
