Job Description :-
 Handling quality concerns.
 Taking initial corrective action & permanent corrective action.
 Update senior persons on a daily basis about quality concerns.
 Responsible for making 8D reports against customer complaints.
 Reduction in customer complaints.
 Improvement of the quality of the product.
 Prepare for APQP & PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Document.
 Evaluation for worker and update Skill Matrix as per plan
 Prepare quality alerts & work instruction.
 Responsible for the QMS System.
 Manage calibration activities for measuring & monitoring equipment.
 Responsible for inspection in production operations and ensuring quality.
 Responsible for product non conformances to concerned shift in charge through defect information sheet.
 SPC (control chart) activities for all special characteristics in control plan.
 Use of 7 QC Tools to analyze & reduce the defect.
 Preparing control plan for defining all methods used for process control complies with specified requirements.
 Conducting Process Audit, Product Audit, Layout Audit.
 Responsible for maintaining customer related documents.
 Weekly review meeting with all departments.
 New part feasibility review with CFT.
 Supplier audit as per plan for supplier upgradation.
 Reduce internal, supplier & customer rejection PPM by using Pareto analysis.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
