JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Perform in-process inspection as per Control Plan and SOP.
Check first-off sample during mold setting and approval.
Monitor dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Go/No-Go Gauge).
Visually inspect parts for defects (Flash, Short Shot, Sink Mark, Black Dot, Warpage, Silver Line).
Record inspection data in hourly / shift quality report.
Inform Production Supervisor in case of quality deviation.
Stop production if major quality issue observed (as per authority).
Ensure proper segregation of OK and Rejected material.
Maintain rejection and rework record.
Monitor process parameters with production team.
Verify packing quality and labeling before dispatch.
Maintain sample parts and master samples properly.
Follow 5S and safety norms in inspection area.
Support internal audit and customer audit activities.
