Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean)
Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Analyze root cause and improve process efficiency

Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong customer quality relationships
✅ Supplier Quality
Monitor and improve supplier quality performance
Handle PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions
Conduct supplier audits
✅ Team Management
Lead and mentor quality team
Conduct training on quality standards and tools
Coordinate with production, design, and other departments
✅ Documentation
Maintain SOPs, Quality Manuals, and Inspection Reports
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
🔹 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC Tools, RCA, FMEA)
Hands-on experience with audits and compliance
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and reporting skills
🔹 Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Certification in Quality Management (preferred)
