Job Title: Quality Executive
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Executive to ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products meet established quality specifications, SOPs, and food safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) as per specifications and SOPs.
Coordinate with the Operations Team to correct process deviations and implement quality assurance measures.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. in Food Technology or B.Tech. in Food Technology.
Required Skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices, including FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
