🎓 Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Sc in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Food Technology

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle plant quality operations in FMCG manufacturing

• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, GMP & Food Safety standards

• Maintain & update FSSAI and quality documentation

• Monitor internal quality processes & SOP implementation

• Conduct internal audits & support external audits

• Implement SAP QM / TQM tools

• Coordinate with production for process improvement

✅ Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000

• Hands-on experience in GMP & Food Safety

• FSSAI documentation & compliance

• SAP QM / TQM exposure

• FMCG plant quality experience (mandatory)
