Monitor and maintain quality standards during all stages of printing production.
Inspect raw materials such as paper, ink, plates, and consumables before production.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of printed materials.
Ensure color accuracy, registration, finishing quality, and overall print consistency.
Identify printing defects such as color variation, smudging, misalignment, and damages.
Maintain quality control reports and inspection records.
Coordinate with production and pre-press teams to resolve quality issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality deviations.
Ensure adherence to customer specifications and approved samples.
Support audits and maintain compliance with company quality policies.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and rework
