• Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance programs and initiatives.

• Continuously evaluate procedures to align with best industry practices and improve patient care and safety.

• Track and analyze quality indicators, patient safety data, and incidents (e.g., medication errors) to identify areas for improvement

• Conduct internal audits of various hospital services and processes.

• Coordinate external audits and ensure the hospital meets regulatory requirements and accreditations, such as NABH.

• Monitor adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
