About Role

We are seeking a results-driven Quality Manager to oversee all quality assurance and quality control functions. The ideal candidate will ensure that products, processes, and systems meet internal standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing QA/QC teams, implementing quality systems, driving root-cause analysis, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Skills Required:

Experience in incoming quality inspection of PCB assemblies (PCBA) and raw electronic components
Knowledge of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors)
Basic understanding of SMPS, rectifiers,.
Hands-on experience with electrical testing (multimeter, continuity, DC output verification)
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Knowledge of soldering defects (dry solder, cold solder, short circuit, bridging)
Mechanical inspection knowledge (sheet metal, enclosures, dimensional checks)
Experience with measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge)
Knowledge of sampling plans (AQL), inspection levels, and acceptance criteria
Awareness of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling and control practices
Experience in supplier-side PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection)
Incoming inspection process, GRN handling, and inspection reporting
Vendor rejection handling and supplier coordination
Basic knowledge of quality tools (RCA, CAPA) and ISO standards

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming inspection of electronic and mechanical materials
Perform inspection based on defined sampling plans (AQL)
Identify and report defects in PCBA and components
Coordinate with vendors for rejection and corrective actions
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
