🏭 Industry: Automotive Spare Parts Manufacturing
💼 Position: Quality Manager (Experienced)
🕑 Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Quality Control/Assurance (Automotive preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead Quality Control & Assurance activities
✔️ Ensure compliance with PPAP, IATF/ISO standards & OEM requirements
✔️ Manage audits, corrective actions & preventive measures
✔️ Drive continuous improvements with cross-functional teams
✔️ Train & mentor the quality team

Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
📊 Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO/IATF
💻 Proficient in MS Excel & Quality Tools
🤝 Excellent Leadership & Problem-solving skills
