Required Skill : 

1.Study and Understand Engineering Drawing of Components.

2.Knoowledge of Geometrical Tolerances.

3.Hand on Inspection and Measuring Equipment. - Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, VMM, Roughness Tester etc.

4.Understanding of Sampling Plan as per AQL.

5.Communication - Writing e-mails to supplier and should be capable of understanding and communicating the technical issues.  

6.Conduct Root Cause Analysis using an 8-D approach and 7 QC Tool

7.Preparation of MIS of IQC.

8.Should Understand Mechanism of Supplier Evaluation and Rating.
