Perform configuration and commissioning activities using standard Johnson Controls tools and procedures. Troubleshoot system and device-level issues and take corrective actions to resolve problems efficiently. Respond to and support basic warranty calls, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain clear and timely communication with JCI teams, contractors, and customers regarding job progress, risks, and issues. Ensure all activities comply with Johnson Controls’ quality, safety, and compliance standards. Document commissioning activities, test results, and corrective actions as per standard procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and field execution. Required Qualifications 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in field installation, commissioning, or quality engineering roles.
