Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee product quality in our electrical manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure that all products meet company standards, safety norms, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise daily quality control activities on the production floor
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company quality policies
Conduct regular quality audits and maintain inspection reports
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality
Maintain documentation related to quality checks, test reports, and compliance
Train workers on quality standards and best practices
Ensure proper testing of electrical products (switches, wires, LED, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical
1–4 years of experience in quality control (preferably in electrical manufacturing)
Good knowledge of testing tools and quality standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
Ability to handle team and production pressure

Assembly, Packing & Process Supervision
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective Actions (CAPA)
Knowledge of Electrical Components (Switches, socket ,fan ,Wires, LED, Drivers and components )
