Quality Control Manager

Ensure that all raw materials meet the required quality standards before production.

Conduct incoming material inspection and maintain inspection records.

Monitor product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Check and verify product specifications such as GSM, thickness, width, length, and bubble uniformity.

Inspect lamination and bonding quality of aluminium bubble insulation sheets.

Perform quality tests on finished products as per company standards.

Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues during production.

Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality improvements.

Maintain quality control reports, inspection records, and test documentation.

Ensure that finished products comply with customer specifications and industry standards.

Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve quality-related issues.

Monitor rejection rates and take measures to reduce product defects and wastage.

Conduct routine quality audits of production processes.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing instruments.

Verify packaging, labeling, and product identification before dispatch.

Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and provide corrective actions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.

Train production staff on quality requirements, inspection methods, and quality awareness.

Ensure compliance with company quality policies and ISO procedures.

Maintain quality records and documents for traceability and audit purposes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Perform additional quality-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
