Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our team. we are an Manufacturing company of Whey Protein.

Location: Malad West,Mumbai

The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet established quality standards by developing and implementing quality control procedures, supervising staff, and monitoring production processes. Key responsibilities include conducting FSSAI & ISO audits, analyzing data, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.

Required Professional Skills:

- FSSAI, LM, Codex Regulations,ISO, FOSTAC,HASSAP and may more as per norms

- Compliance auditing and Food Safety Management

- Document Control and Project Management

- Labeling Standards, Labels Proof Reading

- Analytical, problem-solving,Manage Employees,Equipments, Vendors communication, and adaptability skills

Salary: 20000-35000
