Standard Development: Establish and enforce quality inspection protocols, procedures, and metrics. [1]
Testing & Inspection: Oversee the inspection of raw materials, in-process goods, and final products to identify deviations. [1, 2]
Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise quality inspectors, technicians, and engineers. [1, 2]
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root cause of defective products or process failures and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). [1, 2]
Compliance & Auditing: Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001) and assist external auditors. [1, 2]
Reporting & Data Analysis: Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to analyze data trends and present actionable reports to stakeholders. [1, 2]
