Job Title: Quality Check Executive (Hearing Aid Industry)
Experience: 6 month
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Quality Check Executive to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of hearing aids and related medical devices. The role involves inspecting electronic devices , identifying defects, and maintaining quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspection of hearing aids
Inspect sound output and device performance (basic functional testing)
Identify issues in microphones, receivers, and battery contacts
Check LCD/display (if applicable) for damage or defects
Ensure proper housing, finishing, and product assembly
Verify labeling, printing, and packaging quality
Maintain QC reports and defect records
Coordinate with production/repair team for corrections
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electronics / PCB / components
Attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to identify manufacturing defects
Basic understanding of hearing aid devices (preferred)
Team player with good coordination skills
Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical / Industrial Electronics
Freshers with technical knowledge can apply
