Hiring: Quality Control – Car Parking Systems

Location: Velu, Khed Shivapur, Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹40,000 per month In-Hand
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Car Parking System experience is mandatory.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Car Parking Systems, such as:

Candidates without Car Parking System experience will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections of car parking systems.

• Inspect fabricated and bought-out components, structural parts, motors, hydraulic components, electrical components and fasteners.

• Check dimensions, alignment, welding quality, material specifications and assembly as per approved drawings.

• Inspect fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, painting and finishing activities.

• Identify defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, improper welding, dimensional deviations and alignment issues.

• Conduct final inspection and functional testing of parking systems before dispatch.

• Conduct quality inspection during site installation, alignment, leveling, anchoring and commissioning.

• Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, NCR reports, CAPA reports and final inspection reports.

• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Read and interpret mechanical/structural drawings and verify dimensions and tolerances.

• Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Installation, Project and Service teams.

• Support root-cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills

• Mandatory experience/knowledge of Car Parking Systems

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Quality Control

• Knowledge of fabrication and welding inspection

• Good understanding of engineering drawings

• Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge and Welding Gauge

• Knowledge of MS/SS structural fabrication

• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, RCA and CAPA

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Management System

• Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently or previously working with Car Parking System manufacturers, installers or service companies will be preferred.

Experience in quality inspection, fabrication, assembly, installation, testing or commissioning of car parking systems is highly preferred.
