Quality Control Engineer

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Ensure all tests and results are properly documented in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ISO).

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Prepare and review Certificate of Analysis (CoA), analytical reports, and other quality documentation.

• Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities, and out-of-specification (OOS) results.

• Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits (regulatory or customer).

• Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory, including chemicals, reagents, and consumables.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).

• Assist in the development and validation of test methods, when required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, production, and R&D for continuous improvement.
