Experience: 3–6 years in real estate or construction quality control

Qualiflcation: Civil Engineering/Diploma

🧭 About the Role:

We are hiring a Quality Engineer who won’t just tick boxes—but will set the standard for site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring zero-defect delivery, material quality, workmanship, and real-time corrective measures.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and quality audits at every stage of work

Approve incoming materials and batch test results (bricks, cement, steel, etc.) Maintain site-wise QA/QC documentation

Educate and train subcontractors & masons on good practices Identify and eliminate repetitive defects or material wastage

Work closely with Structural & Project Manager for quality planning

Detail-oriented, honest and strong-willed personality

Familiarity with M-Sand, RMC, waterprooflng, and flnishing checks Smart record-keeping and digital documentation

Practical on-ground experience with real estate projects
