Job Description

Job Summary:Responsible for inspection, documentation, and quality control of fabrication work as per ASME standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Stage-wise inspection (fit-up, welding, final)

Review drawings, WPS, PQR

Conduct hydro test, dimensional inspection

Maintain inspection reports, QAP documents

Coordinate with client for inspection approvals

Handle NCR, CAPA

Required Skills:

Diploma/BE Mechanical

Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, Section IX

Familiar with NDT (DPT, RT, UT basics)

Documentation & reporting skills
