Quality Control Engineer

• Inspect moulds, tools, and die components for dimensional accuracy.

• Conduct in-process and final inspection of tools as per drawing specifications.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

• Support tool trials, validation, and First Article Inspection (FAI).

• Record and report deviations or non-conformities and follow up for corrections.

• Maintain inspection reports, tool history, and documentation.

• Coordinate with toolmakers and quality teams for timely issue resolution.

• Assist in preventive maintenance checks and audits of tools.

Follow quality procedures as per ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards
