Required Skills
Experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment (Wire & Cable industry preferred).
Experience in Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, and Outgoing Quality Assurance.
Ability to handle Customer Complaints, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Knowledge of Non-Conformance (NC) Management, 8D Problem Solving, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram, and 5S methodology.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, AS 9100, internal audits, and quality documentation.
Knowledge of risk-based thinking, change management, and continual improvement as per AS9100 requirements.
Experience in conducting Internal Audits, supporting External Audits, and coordinating audit compliance activities.
Knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) requirements and quality documentation.
Ability to prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, FAI Reports, Test Reports, Calibration Records, Certificate of Conformance (CoC), NCRs, and CAPA records.
Experience in preparing Inspection Reports, Test Reports, Calibration Records, and Quality Records.
Knowledge of electrical and dimensional testing, including Continuity, Insulation Resistance (IR), Spark Test, and Conductor Resistance.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Thickness Gauge.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Exposure to Supplier Quality, Material Inspection, Rework/Rejection Analysis, and Process Improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems for quality documentation and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
