Quality Control Engineer

·       Able to read the technical Drawings and Bill of Materials.

·       Must to be know about the inspection methods and documentation process.

·       Able to know how to handle measuring devices like Vernier caliper, micro meter, bevel protector, pitch gauge etc.

·       Have an awareness of ISO documentation process.

·       Confirming the quality of the Produced parts that to be met the required quality standards.

·       Finding the defects in the production itself and ensuring the defined process flow.

·       Report the problems or concerns to next level immediately.

·       Accepting or rejecting or hold the finished itemssubsequently removing of all products/materials that fail to meet the specifications.

·       Critical thinking skills through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality.

·       Desire to achieve the best & ensure the top-quality products.

·       To know about functional test of child parts while inspection.

·       Basic knowledge of manufacturing process. (Lathe, milling, drilling, surface finish, etc.)

·       To be known about the storing of incoming materials and location based documentation.

·       Able to escalate incoming defective products to vendors/next level.

·       Material stock maintenance and documentation.

·       Technical support to service engineers/on site visit

·       Adherence of visual standards.
