Job వివరణ

We are a stockist and machining center for various grades of carbon and alloy steel. We supply steel in raw material condition after cutting and machined plates after milling and grinding.

Milling and Grinding Supervision

Ensure orders are being processes as per internal IOD. Check dimensions of all despatches as per order sizes
Check milling and surface grinding quality and tolerances
Make sure machined plates and raw materials are getting despatched on time
Ensure logistics planning is done in advance
Ensure machine operators are processing as per priority

Inspection & Process Control

Conduct and supervise inspection of incoming raw materials against mill test certificates (MTCs), dimensional tolerances, and chemical/mechanical specifications.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspection on cut and machined components, including dimensional checks, surface finish, hardness, and visual inspection.
Verify proper use of measuring instruments — verniers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM, profile projector, surface roughness tester, and hardness testers.
Approve or reject material at each stage and ensure non-conforming material is properly tagged, segregated, and dispositioned.
