Job Description

Good knowledge of all measuring instruments,7 QC tool

· well conversant with ISO-9001-2015 Standard

· Good knowledge in 3D drawings, PIP's, GD&T

· Conversant with MSA & SPC

· Conversant with 5S, POKA-YOKE, KAIZEN's

· Knowledge of supplier audit, evaluation, monitoring & product/ process improvement Handling

· Knowledge in line complaint handling 8D, WHY-WHY & DOE analysis

· Conversant with Product/ process requirements

· Good knowledge in Limit Samples upkeeping, Quality alert & adherence of process.

· Good Knowledge in material science & steel alloy elements & Testing validation

· Good computer knowledge in Presentation, Legal laws, energy Management

Leadership Quality & Risk based thinking.
