Job Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Conduct quality inspections as per defined standards and specifications.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate for corrective action.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Perform root cause analysis for quality-related problems.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain proper records of rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
