The QC Engineer shall be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining all quality documentation related to Pipes, Tubes, Pipe Fittings, Flanges, Fasteners, and associated products. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1), Inspection Reports, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and customer-specific documentation requirements.
The role requires coordination with production, procurement, inspection agencies, laboratories, and customers to ensure complete compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
### Documentation & Certification
- Prepare and issue EN 10204 Type 3.1 Material Test Certificates (MTCs).
- Verify chemical composition and mechanical test results against applicable standards.
- Compile Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) and Final Documentation Dossiers.
- Prepare and review:
- Inspection Reports
- Dimensional Inspection Reports
- Visual Inspection Reports
- Hydrostatic Test Reports
- PMI Reports
- Hardness Test Reports
- NDT Reports (PT, MT, UT, RT)
- Coating and Surface Treatment Reports
- Ensure traceability of materials from raw material stage to final dispatch.
