Quality Control Engineer

Role & Responsibilities : 

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, plans, and inspection checklists in line with QMS/ISO requirements.

• Analyze inspection and test results to identify deviations and non-conformities.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality and technical issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and scrap while improving efficiency.

• Lead activities focused on continuous improvement using quality tools such as 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA,

  and Kaizen.

• Conduct vendor/supplier audits and monitor supplier quality performance and compliance.

• Coordinate with production, engineering, purchase, and vendors to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.

• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.

• Prepare and present quality performance reports to Manager & management.

Key Skills Required : 

• Strong knowledge of NDT & quality control, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes

• Hands-on experience with QC tools (7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, SPC, FMEA)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Experience in vendor quality management and supplier audits.

• Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
