Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections for Lithium-ion, Lead-acid, and other batteries.

• Monitor production quality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with standards (IEC, BIS, UN38.3, ISO/IATF).

• Perform battery performance and safety tests (capacity, cycle life, IR, leakage, thermal stability).

• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Maintain quality records, reports, and assist in audits.

• Coordinate with production, R&D, and suppliers for quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.

• 1–5 years’ experience in quality control (battery/automotive/electronics preferred).

• Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, CAPA) and testing equipment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
