Responsibilities:
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections for Lithium-ion, Lead-acid, and other batteries.
Monitor production quality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with standards (IEC, BIS, UN38.3, ISO/IATF).
Perform battery performance and safety tests (capacity, cycle life, IR, leakage, thermal stability).
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, reports, and assist in audits.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and suppliers for quality improvements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.
1–5 years’ experience in quality control (battery/automotive/electronics preferred).
Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, CAPA) and testing equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
