Job Summary:
The QC Engineer is responsible for implementing, and maintaining quality standards as per defined Quality assurance plan (QAP) across the production lifecycle of water purifiers. This role ensures that both processes and products comply with internal specifications and external regulatory standards. The position covers real-time quality control at different stages on Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and final water purifier units.
• Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform functional tests including flow rate, TDS reduction, filtration performance, and leak testing.
• Document and report non-conformances, and quarantine defective products.
• Use measurement tools and test equipment accurately to validate dimensions and performance.
• Ensure timely calibration of inspection and testing instruments.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience for QC in manufacturing, preferably in water purifiers, home appliances, or related products.
• Knowledge of quality standards (related to BIS) and regulatory requirements related to water purification.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting software.
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Working knowledge of RO/UV/UF purification technologies.
