Job Description

🔹 Position: Quality Engineer – On-Site
📍 Location: Harsana Kalan, Sonipat, Haryana
🏢 Company: Morcom Induction Pvt. Ltd.
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)
🕒 Experience: 2–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Metallurgy)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of electrical equipment.
Supervise installation and commissioning at customer sites across India.
Handle customer complaints, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Coordinate with Production & Design teams for quality improvements.
Prepare inspection, commissioning, and service reports.
Travel extensively (60–70%) for customer site visits.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of electrical drawings and testing instruments (Multimeter, Megger, Clamp Meter).
Experience in field service, quality, installation, or commissioning.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across India.

✅ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
