Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical, BE Mechanical
Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
Preferred Industry: Pharma Machineries & Heavy Machineries Experience

Job Description:

• Attending daily morning meeting & sharing defects information with team. Need to Visit Vendor Place for MAchine FAT.

• Form Testing Machine 5S & Check Sheet

.• First Part Approval Inspection
.• Model Change Inspection & Model Change Sheet
.• Line Audit Inspection & Line Audit Sheet.

• Monthly Layout Inspection

.• Accuracy Assessment report.

• TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

• Roundness tester m/c

• Roughness tester m/c

,• Microscope• Contour tester

• Coordinate measuring machine operating

.• Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Slip gauge, Mill mess, Pneumatic gauge, Dead centre

• Good Knowledge of GD & T Parameters

.• Good Knowledge of Visual Defects.

• Good Knowledge of Quality Checking Instrument

• Good Knowledge of Form Testing Machine.

• Good Knowledge of CMM & Microscope

• Good Knowledge of SPC, 7QC TOOLS, Poisson Test.

• Basic Knowledge of Instrument Calibration
