Job Description

We are hiring for QC Engineer (Quality Control Engineer)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility.

📍 Location: Khandala, Satara District (Relocation Mandatory)

⏰ Working Hours: 12 Hours Shift (Rotational/As per plant requirement)

💰 Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Strictly based on experience & budget)

🎓 Experience: 1 to 5 Years only (Please share relevant resumes only within this experience range)

📘 Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Incoming material inspection as per control plan for machining & hardware parts

In-process inspection in CNC, fabrication, powder coating & assembly shops

Ensure quality checks as per standard drawings and control plans

Prepare rejection reports and manage NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)

Handle deviation approvals with design & purchase departments

Support ISO documentation and quality system compliance

Conduct root cause analysis (5 Why) for rejected materials

Ensure welding, coating, and assembly quality standards

Maintain QC reports, ERP entries, and daily inspection records

Conduct quality awareness training for shop floor workers

🛠️ Skills Required:

AutoCAD / SolidWorks (basic understanding)

MS Office (Excel, Word, Reporting)

Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality processes

Good communication and documentation skills
