Manufacturing Quality Control Engineer

1.Position – Fabrication Shopfloor Inspection

Location: Gummidipoondi

Job Summary:

The role of Engineer – Quality Control is to do the inspection activity during the

manufacturing process. Prepare the inspection reports after inspection.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to ready & understand the Drawings.

Instrument Handling Like, Measurement tape, Vernier Caliper, Try Square,Micrometer etc.,

Prepare the Inspection Reports without errors

Basic knowledge of Hot Rolling, Fabrication, Hot Dip Galvanizing process

Willing to do hard work in shop floor

Active participant in Quality Department Activities

Willing to come in shifts

Fast learner

Education and Experience:

Qualified with D.M.E., (Mechanical) with relevant experience

3 +Years of Experience.

Quality Control Department experience is added advantage

2.Position – Customer Inspection Handling & Documentation

Location: Gummidipoondi

Job Summary:

The role of Engineer – Quality Control is to do carrying out the inspection as per MQP during

the Pre Dispatch Inspection along with Customer / Third Part Inspector. Prepare the

Inspection Summary & inspection reports after inspection.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to ready & understand the Drawings.

Instrument Handling Like, Measurement tape, Vernier Caliper, Try Square, Micrometer, UTM & Impact testing etc.,

Prepare the Inspection Reports without errors

Basic knowledge of Hot Rolling, Fabrication, Hot Dip Galvanizing process

Basic knowledge of ITP & MQP

Knowledge of Galvanizing Testing

Knowledge of Mechanical Testing

Active participant in Quality Department Activities.

Education and Experience:

Qualified with D.M.E., (Mechanical) with relevant experience

3 +Years of Experience in TL & Solar Structure Divisions

Quality Control Experience is must.

3.Position – ISO Documentation

Location: Gummidipoondi

Job Summary:

The role of Engineer – Quality Control is to do the inspection activity during the

manufacturing process. Prepare the inspection reports after inspection.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to ready & understand the Drawings.

Instrument Handling Like, Measurement tape, Vernier Caliper, Try Square, Micrometer etc.,

Prepare Documents Compliance as per ISO 9001

Basic knowledge of Hot Rolling, Fabrication, Hot Dip Galvanizing process

Develop the Work Instruction / Procedure.

Knowledge of Clause wise Requirement of ISO 9001

Knowledge of Internal Auditing & Prepare the Internal Audit Reports

Prepare the CAPA & MRM Minutes

Working as Management Representative

Active participant in Quality Department Activities

Education and Experience:

Qualified with D.M.E., (Mechanical) with relevant experience

3 +Years of Experience in TL & Solar Structure as MR representative & Asst MR

Quality Control Experience is must.
