Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Position: Quality Manager – M M Efficient Gadget LLP (Door Closer & Floor Spring Manufacturing)
Location: Waliv, Vasai East, Maharashtra
Department: Quality Control & Assurance

About Us:
M M Efficient Gadget LLP, under the “STERLING” brand, is India’s pioneer in aluminum extrusion door closers and indigenous floor spring manufacturing. BIS-certified products and OEM from renowned brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality control for BIS-certified hardware products.
• Conduct incoming, in-process & final inspections.
• Maintain BIS/ISO documentation & calibration records.
• Handle customer complaints with root cause analysis & corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production & suppliers to ensure defect-free output.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engg.
• 5+ years in QC/QA, preferably in hardware/engineering goods.
• Knowledge of BIS standards, ISO 9001, and QC tools.
• Strong in measurement instruments & defect analysis.

Salary: 3,84,000/- (annually) in hands + additional benefits of PF, Insurance, PL and Bonus after successful completion of 1 year.
